Submitting the setup starts preparation of your iOS and Android apps. We’ll email you when they are published. If a store rejects a submission, the publishing team resubmits it within 48 hours. We prepare the initial listing with template descriptions, keywords and screenshots. After launch, you can edit the listing. For publication questions, email support@rntor.com.

Prepare for submission

Apple and Google review your app’s content and functionality. Missing content is a common cause for rejection and can significantly delay your launch. To ensure smooth approval, complete the following before submission:
  1. Ensure your privacy policy and terms of use are compliant and include your network name.
  2. Add bookable resources (rooms, desks, offices, etc.) with cover images. If you don’t have the final images yet, use temporary ones and update them later.
  3. Create a post on the Feed page. This could be a message to welcome your first members.
  4. Create an upcoming event on the Events page with a description and cover photo. The event can be scheduled for any future date, and you can always edit or delete it after your apps are published.
  5. Complete the Information page with photos of your space, a description, contact details, location schedule, and any other relevant information.
