Set up custom MAIL FROM
Custom MAIL FROM lets supported network emails use your own sender address. Until that address is verified and enabled, Rntor uses its default sender.Custom MAIL FROM is a subscription add-on. Its renewal cycle follows your network’s subscription. Review the amount due now and the renewal terms before confirming the purchase. Pricing
- Open Settings in the sidebar.
- Under Merchant wide (Network), open General > Information.
- In MAIL FROM, select Subscribe if the add-on is not already enabled. Review the purchase details, then select Confirm and pay.
- Enter your sender email address and select Save.
- Copy the DNS records displayed below the address to your domain registrar. Use the names, types, values, and priorities shown in Rntor.
- Select Check verification. When the status becomes Verified and active, the verified address is available for sending.
Improve deliverability for your custom address
Use a sender address your customers recognize, such as members@ or hello@. Keep the DNS records used to verify the domain in place. You can also configure DMARC with your domain provider. A monitoring record can use the following values:
Replace
reports@yourdomain.com with an address you manage for receiving DMARC reports.
How custom MAIL FROM works
The verified sender is used for the network’s supported transactional emails, including invitations, booking confirmations and network notifications, while the add-on is active.Sign-in codes use Rntor’s platform sender. Receipts generated by Stripe are sent by Stripe.
- Open the DNS settings with your current provider and copy the records originally used to verify your sending domain.
- Add the same records with your new DNS provider.
- Keep the old records until the new records are available.
- Open Settings > Merchant wide (Network) > General > Information.
- Enter the address on the new domain in MAIL FROM and select Save.
- Add the new DNS records shown in Rntor to that domain.
- Select Check verification.
Customize email footer
The network owner can save the business details to use as an email footer:- Open Settings > Merchant wide (Network) > General > Information.
- Under Email, enter your business name and postal address in Footer.
- Use EN and AR to enter the text in each language. Click outside the field to save.
Sign-in codes do not include your custom footer. Stripe-generated receipts use Stripe’s email settings.
Troubleshoot email delivery issues
If a customer cannot find a message, locate it in Email activity and review its status. Delivered means the recipient’s mail server accepted the message; it does not guarantee that it appeared in their inbox. A missing record or the absence of an error is not proof of delivery.Invitations to join

Check the customer’s email address, then look for the invitation in Email activity.
If you see an error, follow these steps
- Check the recipient address for typing errors.
- If the address is correct, ask the recipient’s email administrator whether messages from your sender are blocked or rejected.
- Ask the recipient to allow your network’s sending address. You can also set up custom MAIL FROM to use your business address.
- After resolving the cause, select Resend invite on the customer’s page.
If you do not see an error, try these tips
- Ask the recipient to check spam, inbox filters and any quarantine managed by their email administrator.
- Confirm that they are checking the inbox for the address used in the invitation.
- If needed, use an alternative email address supplied by the customer.
