Email activity helps network owners and administrators review the messages recorded for their network. Check a message’s delivery status before sending it again or contacting support.

Find an email

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Under Merchant wide (Network), select Email activity.
  3. Find the message in the list, starting with the most recent entries.
    • Select Add filter to filter by Date, Status, Category, or Audience. Status, category, and audience filters allow multiple selections.
    • To look up a recipient, enter their complete email address in Search and press Enter.
The list includes the status, subject, category, main recipient, and sent date. The date column uses your device’s time zone and names it in the header. A message with Bcc recipients shows their count beside the main recipient, such as +1. Message bodies, login-code emails, and emails about your Rntor platform account are excluded.
The history contains messages recorded since email activity tracking was enabled. Earlier messages are not added retrospectively, and some automated emails are not yet included.

Understand email statuses

Point to a status icon to read its label and explanation.
  • Queued — waiting for sending to begin.
  • Sent — accepted by the email provider for delivery.
  • Delivered — accepted by the receiving mail server. This does not guarantee inbox placement; ask the recipient to check their spam folder if the message is missing.
  • Bounced — rejected or returned by the receiving mail server, for example if the address is invalid or the mailbox is full.
  • Marked as spam — reported as spam by the recipient.
  • Failed — the message could not be sent.
The displayed status relates to the main recipient; a bounced Bcc copy does not replace it. For help with bounced or failed messages, see Troubleshoot email delivery issues.
