Set up network
Total time: 10 minutes You’ll need the following:- Your business’s brand materials, including a square logo and brand colors.
- Access to your domain name’s control panel to set up a custom domain.
- Your privacy policy and terms of use text.
- A description for the member web portal.
- Log in as an owner to RNTOR.
- On the left-side panel, click (…) next to your network name, then select Network settings > General.
- Set up a custom domain, an email footer, customize the look of your member web portal, and add your policies.
Set up locations
Total time: 15 minutes You’ll need the following:- Basic location information such as name, address, description, contacts, and a photo or video.
- Location guides, for example parking, pets, and printing instructions.
- Your business’s billing and bank details.
- Your local sales or VAT tax rate.
- The owner needs to add all locations.
- As an administrator, select the location on the left-side panel, click (…) next to it, and choose Location settings.
- Configure the general location settings, billing, and enable the modules you need.
- Click (…) next to the location, select Integrations, and connect integrations such as a payment gateway.
Set up resources
Total time: 1 hour You’ll need the following:- Cover photos for rooms, desks, offices, and any other services you provide.
- Prices for your resources.
- Go to Resources and select the necessary page.
- Create your resources and configure their availability, visibility, pricing, and booking or rental rules.
Set up plans & contracts
Total time: 30 minutes You’ll need the following:- A list of recurring membership plans with titles, prices, and descriptions.
- Contract templates for individual agreements with your customers.
- Go to Billing > Plans and create plans.
- Add credit and day pass packages and discounts if necessary.
- Upload contract templates.
- Click Member web portal on the left-side panel to check how your services appear to members.
Invite members
Total time: 5 minutes per account You’ll need a spreadsheet with members’ names, emails, and information about their subscriptions. Steps to invite members:- Create companies.
- Invite members using a mass invitation file.
- Create subscriptions.
- Introduce what the new member experience can do via Feed, newsletters, and by promoting the member web portal and mobile app on social media and your marketing website.
