Rntor brings together people invited to your network and people who have signed in to it. The owner can use Users in network settings to:
  • Add a person to a location as a member or nonmember.
  • Review users across the network and their location relationships.
  • Check recorded activity and terms acceptance, and export the directory.

View all users in your network

As the network owner:
  1. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar.
  2. Under your network settings, select Users.
  3. Open Directory to view users across your locations. Use the search field to find a person.
Users directory in Rntor The most recently created users appear first. The columns show:
  • Created — when the person was first invited or joined your network.
  • Last active — their latest recorded activity in this network’s member web portal.
  • Terms accepted — their current terms acceptance date. The column stays empty until they accept, including after you reset consents. Hover over the date to see the exact time, labelled Cairo time.
  • Locations — the person’s member or nonmember relationship at each location. Select a location name to open their profile there.
A blank Last active value means that no activity has been recorded yet. It does not, by itself, establish whether someone has ever signed in.
Use the (…) menu beside a person to invite them as a member, add them as a nonmember, or blacklist their email. To download the directory, open the (…) menu at the top of the page and select Export CSV or Export Excel (XLSX). The file includes users matching your current search in the selected network and environment.

Require profile fields

First name and email are always required. The owner can also require a last name and phone number. Members are asked for missing required details before completing a checkout, such as a booking, plan purchase, shop order or event registration.
  1. Open Settings and select Users under your network settings.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Under Required profile fields, enable Last name or Phone number.
A required phone number must use international format, beginning with + and the country code. If Twilio is connected and the network has not saved a different choice, the phone number starts as required. The owner’s saved choice takes precedence. Required profile fields in Rntor

Manage visibility of user information

The owner can set the initial visibility of users’ personal information. For example, names and booking titles can be shared with company members while contact details remain visible only to administrators.
  1. Open Settings and select Users under your network settings.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Under User privacy defaults, choose who can see each type of information.
The default choices are:
  • Name visibility and Bookings Title Visibility: Company Members.
  • Email Visibility and Phone number visibility: Administrators.
User privacy defaults in Rntor New users receive the initial privacy choices when they first join. Changing the defaults does not replace a user’s saved personal choices. Each user can manage their own privacy settings from Account.

Blacklist users

The owner can restrict access to the network by blacklisting an email address. For someone already in the directory:
  1. Open Settings and select Users under your network settings.
  2. On Directory, find the person.
  3. Open their (…) menu, select Blacklist email, and confirm.
For an email address that is not in the directory:
  1. Open Users > Blacklist.
  2. Enter the address in Email.
  3. Select Add.

How the blacklist works

  • The member portal refuses access to the blocked network. An already-open portal displays an access-blocked message when it checks the member’s access.
  • The restriction covers the network’s locations and does not sign the person out of other networks.
  • The Directory marks blacklisted users with a red crossed-out shield.
  • To restore eligibility, open the person’s (…) menu and select Remove email from blacklist.
