Enable Integrations > Failures in your notification preferences to follow connection and synchronization problems. Open Inbox and choose Integrations to find the alert and the affected item. Failure alerts concern the administrators of the affected location. Keep Failures enabled in your notification preferences and check that your permissions cover that location.

Resolve issues with integration connections

Read the alert in Inbox and check the related item before changing the integration. An alert helps identify a problem; it does not mean the failed synchronization has been completed.

Expired connection

Disconnect the expired connection in Rntor, then reconnect with the correct account and current credentials.

Account configuration check

Review the provider’s account settings and the requirements for Google Calendar or QuickBooks Online. For an invoice, also check its synchronization status and the error shown alongside it.

Contact third-party support

If the provider continues to reject the connection or transaction after you have corrected the settings, contact its support team with the error details. Rntor cannot correct account restrictions or service failures in another product.
