HubSpot Meeting Scheduler is a scheduling tool that lets people book meetings with you based on your availability. When connected with RNTOR, it allows potential customers to easily schedule a tour to explore your space, resources for rent, and services — without the hassle of email coordination.

Prerequisites

To enable HubSpot Meeting Scheduler integration with RNTOR, make sure you’ve completed the following prerequisites:
  1. Have an active RNTOR subscription.
  2. Set up your HubSpot account and a scheduling meeting link for tour bookings.
The meeting link must use HubSpot domain. Links under custom domains are not supported.

Enable the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler integration

  1. Go to RNTOR > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name.
  1. In the “Bookings” section, find HubSpot Meeting Scheduler. On this page, you’ll also see two helpful buttons:
  • About: For general information about the integration.
  • Docs: For detailed instructions on connecting and configuring.
  1. Press Connect.
  2. Paste your meeting link for space tours from HubSpot Meeting Scheduler.
  1. Press Connect.
You can connect a separate meeting link to each location in RNTOR.

How the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler integration works

Once the integration is connected in the specific location, all users can see the Book a tour button under the corresponding location on your landing page. They choose the convenient date and time for a space tour and enter their name and email. Once the time slot is booked, both you and the booker will receive calendar invites and reminders based on your HubSpot Meeting Scheduler settings to the email address.

Disconnect the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler integration

To update the meeting link or disconnect HubSpot Meeting Scheduler, follow these steps:
  1. Go to RNTOR > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name > HubSpot Meeting Scheduler.
  2. Press Disconnect and confirm your choice.
  3. Go to RNTOR > Integrations page by pressing the menu (…) next to the location’s name.
  4. In the Bookings section, find HubSpot Meeting Scheduler. On this page, you’ll also see two helpful buttons:
  • About: For general information about the integration.
  • Docs: For detailed instructions on connecting and configuring.
  1. Press Connect.
  2. Paste your meeting link for space tours from HubSpot Meeting Scheduler.
  3. Press Connect.
