# Accounting

> Learn how to integrate RNTOR with your accounting platform to automate invoice synchronization

RNTOR offers several ways to integrate with your accounting platform to ensure smooth financial management and accurate record-keeping. This guide covers both automated and manual integration methods to suit your needs.

## Automated integration

### QuickBooks Online

### Xero

### Integration via accounting email

RNTOR lets you add an accounting email address to automatically forward all issued [**invoices**](/docs/admin/billing/invoices/track-and-manage-invoices) and [**receipts**](/docs/admin/billing/payments/receipts) in the location to a specific inbox of your accounting system.

If your accounting software is not QuickBooks Online or Xero, but supports scanning emails with invoice and receipt attachments, this allows for seamless automation.

To add your accounting email to RNTOR:

1. Tap the **(...)** next to the location name > go to **Location settings > [Billing](/docs/admin/billing/set-up-billing)**.
2. In the **Invoices** tab, add your accounting system’s inbox email in the **Accounting email** field.

### Integration via Zapier

RNTOR supports a **New Issued Invoice** trigger in [**Zapier**](/docs/admin/integrations/automation/zapier), which includes all invoice data. You can create a Zap that uses this trigger and connects to your accounting platform to create a corresponding invoice there. This enables automatic syncing of all issued invoices from RNTOR to your accounting system.

### Integration via API

For custom integrations, RNTOR provides [**an API**](/docs/admin/administration/api-and-webhooks) that allows you to connect directly with your accounting software and tailor the integration to your workflow.

## Manual integration

If neither of the automated integration methods works for you, you can seamlessly [**export all invoices and receipts in bulk**](/docs/admin/analytics-reports/export-invoices-for-accounting) from RNTOR for a specific period using the custom reports feature. Then, import these into your accounting software.
